The Earth's climate is changing. This is one of the biggest problem in the world. Human activities are the main cause of this change.
Consequences:
1. Weather is becoming more extreme.
2. Water shortages and drought are becoming more common.
3. The polar ice caps are melting, causing sea level to rise.
4. Higher temperatures are affecting plants, wildlife and humans.
